Absolutely true. It’s all a matter of perception. To shift that perception, we will have to actively take a stand to say ‘what I’m offering is truly valuable, and therefore worthy of your investment’ (and then of course deliver on that promise).

One of the best ways to get the buyer to reframe their thinking is to remind that on the other end of what they’re expecting for free is a human being.
